Can’t say enough good things! Mike was so polite and easy to work with. My car was towed here yesterday evening, and I had a call telling me what was wrong before 10 am today. Picked it back up by closing today! 10/10 definitely recommend ☺️

Mike and his staff are top notch! They're expert in about all automobile makes and models! They're friendly, helpful, and client-oriented! They're happy to answer all your questions and give valuable advice about your automobile or truck, often from a perspective of real-world experience with your car or truck that is more informed and valuable than the marquees' dealers. Their recommendations for maintenance are based on "real world" experience for avoiding repairs and keeping your vehicle in brilliant condition for those times after the manufacturers' warranties or dealers' warranties expire. Repairs are done expertly and as you specify: If you request only OEM parts and related, you get they will get them. Prices are very reasonable, as well, especially for this level of expertise and knowledge. It's like any other professional you need to retain: Do you want the "cheapest you can find," or the best who is quite affordable? Heritage Service is great! Highly recommend!!

During a day when I was running around like a chicken with it’s head cut off, I found myself with multiple mechanical issue heading north on 131 in rush hour traffic. It was a silver lining that I was right near the Leonard street exit and able to make it into heritages parking lot. Mike was the only person in the shop at the time as it was 10 minutes before close. He was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. He wasn’t irritated that I showed up at 4:50 unexpectedly. He still took time to run a quick diagnostic on my vehicle even though we knew I wasn’t going anywhere with the car that night. He allowed me to connect to WiFi so I could find the phone number of someone I needed to make aware I was going to miss an obligation. He told me that he would be there longer if I needed to make arrangements to get home and not to stress. The next day they were able to truly diagnose my issue and found that the transmission was shot, but he made some calls on my behalf and found out the issue is covered under an extended warranty. He gave me a recommendation to Serra Honda and the best towing company to use. When I told him over the phone that I was grateful for the kindness he showed me he said this “I know when someone shows up in my shop, especially unexpectedly, they’re probably not having the best day and I try to be cognizant of that.” It showed in his interactions with me that he truly believes and feels that way. I wasn’t a customer before, but I can say I am one now. Thank you, Mike!

I appreciated the fast turn around as well as the simple but informed description of my car's issue. This was only my second time utilizing Heritage Service Center's services (the first time being an emergency battery) but both times I felt respected and informed. I'll certainly be back!
